The team has been buzzing with excitement for the past few weeks, and it’s not hard to see why. We’ve launched our biggest project yet – an educational resource for the UK curriculum, run by BP.
But that’s not all. We’ve also enjoyed working with a US-based artisan tile company to create a new brand from top to bottom. We’ve created a sleek and modern look that retains a sense of the handmade, perfectly capturing the essence of their products.
And if that wasn’t enough to keep us on our toes, we’ve recently discovered that our hard work has paid off in the form of three awards. We’re over the moon to have our creativity and innovation recognised by our industry peers, and we’re already brainstorming new ways to build on this success in the future.
It’s been a whirlwind month fuelled by coffee and a whole lot of inspiration.
A brilliant new way of teaching science
The new Energising Futures website represents BP’s commitment to science education and promoting STEM learning in schools replacing their old bpES site. It is an invaluable free resource for teachers and tutors, providing everything they need to engage students and enhance their understanding of science.
Fhoke has played a critical role in developing the new website that is functional, visually appealing, and easy to use. Built on WordPress, BP now has a scalable content management system to maintain hundreds of free educational resources for teachers to access and download.
We also worked our magic so everything is tied into a powerful CRM system via an API that has made it possible to track every interaction on the site and ensure that the website meets the evolving needs of schools, teachers, and students.
Visit Energising FuturesArtisan tiles
Our new client (and now friends) at Paris Tile came to us in April with no brand or eCommerce store with a vision to bring the best artisan tiles to the US market.
We’re halfway through the project already, having created a stunning new brand and the designs for the new WooCommerce store pages, ready for the build to begin later this month.
On-location photoshoots are happening simultaneously in France at the factory, and product photography for the store in the US as we write to bring the tiles alive on screen. We can’t wait to show you more when it’s launched.
Heritage winner
A pat on the back for us this month. We’ve won not one, not two, but three awards at the Vega Digital Awards. We are thrilled to announce that we have won two platinum awards, the highest honour that can be bestowed on a project, and a gold award for the ever-successful Heritage Driven website. This recognition is not just a testament to our expertise in creating best-in-class automotive websites but also a recognition of the immense effort that goes into every single project we undertake.
Our Heritage Driven WordPress theme has been a staple of our portfolio, showcasing what our team offers. We are overjoyed that it has been recognised again, proving that hard work and a deep understanding of this sector can produce outstanding results.
The trophy is already sitting proudly in the studio alongside our 90+ growing collection of national and international awards spanning the past 15 years.
And if that wasn’t enough, the recent Original Software launch last month has scooped a Special Kudos award at CSS Design Awards.
