Website Redesign for SmartDebit
SmartDebit processes billions of payments every year for its customers, making Direct Debit payments as straightforward as they should be. Looking to re-brand, they chose Fhoke, a specialist WordPress Design Agency, to create a stunning new website design.
Brief
Some of the UK’s biggest companies choose SmartDebit to get their payments right and with the existing site built on WordPress, but with a theme and CMS that were badly managed and severely outdated it was time for change. SmartDebit required a new website that wasn’t vulnerable to attacks, which would increase user retention and form submissions and help them to up-sell and cross-sell products effectively.
Solution
We started from scratch creating a new bespoke WordPress theme, designed to re-position SmartDebit as a market leader with a professional new look and feel. Careful attention was paid to the navigation which was stripped back and overhauled to streamline the user’s journey. Clear call-to-actions throughout the pages were added to increase user engagement and encourage contact enquiries.
