Brief
The existing site had been built on WordPress, but the theme and CMS were badly managed and severely outdated. SmartDebit required a new website that wasn’t vulnerable to attacks, which would increase user retention and form submissions and help them to up-sell and cross-sell products effectively.
Solution
We started from scratch creating a new bespoke theme, designed to re-position SmartDebit as a market leader with a professional new look and feel. Careful attention was paid to the navigation which was stripped back and overhauled to streamline the user’s journey. Clear call-to-actions throughout the pages were added to increase user engagement and encourage contact enquiries.
