Overview
When it comes to creative recruitment, IC Creative have 25 years of industry expertise and understand what makes people tick. They help to make connections between creative folk and the companies that love them.
Brief
IC Creative is an offshoot of its parent company, IC Resources – a recruitment agency based in the UK. Focusing on the creative industry, IC Creative required a new website to actively promote their vacancies as well as an account area for users to sign-up, login, and apply for jobs or send CVs to the in-house recruitment team.
Solution
Using Broadbean and AdCourier to manage their vacancies, we looked to WordPress and WP Broadbean to effectively manage jobs on the site. We also developed an account area where users could save jobs, upload their CVs, and sign up for email newsletters. The site is easy to navigate, benefits from a powerful search, filters, and pages for both companies looking for talent and candidates looking for work.
Result
The new site reflects the look and feel of an agency in order to appeal to the target market, whilst functioning as a powerful, usable job board. The end result is super slick website that has some fantastic features for potential candidates behind an easy to use account area.
